By accessing and using the NDB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. NDB reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
NDB is a B2B platform exclusively. All orders require a minimum quantity of 10 units per product. Orders are final once payment is confirmed. NDB acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the supplier — once an order is placed and paid, we source the products from our supplier network.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required before any order is processed. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary depending on the selected configuration. NDB does not store any credit card information.
Orders are shipped directly from our supplier to the client's delivery address. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. NDB is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by local authorities. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided in your dashboard.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed and the supplier has been notified. In the case of defective or incorrect products, NDB will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NDB is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and placing orders.
NDB acts as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the platform. NDB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the products ordered.
